okay so i can't log on to east and west servers
i can however log on to europe and asia does this mean i'm banned? and if so.. any possible reasons ive also restarted, but it hasn't helped |

Unable to connect to Battle.net.
You may be trying to connect to an invalid Battle.net server. If you are using a modem, you may need to manually connect to the Internet before connecting to Battle.net. I think east/west are valid servers tho.. Also, i'm not using a modem :'( |

That's an IP ban.
IP ban's can occur due to a multitude of reasons. There is a list of reasons you may be IP banned on the Battle.net help section for Warcraft III. Thank you, come again. ...I demand a tip. -------------------- |

how long is this ip ban?
and why would i be banned on east and west.. but not europe + asia? i only play east.. and sometimes i go to europe for non-st games |

If you're referring to your DNS (most common as 192.xxx.x.xxx), that's not the IP they're banning. They're banning your real IP Address assigned to you by your ISP, which some companies assign as a permanent (static) IP address. *cough* cox *cough* If you can get your ISP to change that address, the problem will be solved. There is no way for you to change it yourself unless your ISP assigns them as you connect to the internet (i.e. getting a new IP when you reboot your router). -------------------- |

Amir, are you sure you know what DNS is?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_Name_System Other than that, do what Amir said. If rebooting your router doesn't do the trick you hava a static external ip adress and will have to wait until the ip ban lifts (or phone your isp and ask them to give you a new ip). |
