Saunas dehydrate you. That is not the right way to lose weight. Just think of it this way.. you could be sweating that much AND gaining muscle if you were to work out instead of being lazy.

.................................... Chakra? This is ridiculous times for an Aussies..... It's ok I've kind of just accepted the support I have for the Aussie st community(Which is 0%). EG: Americans and Europeans will organise times to play together correct? However even if I had the Aussie community active in these forums you would not want to try and organise a time to play with them. Not only that but the majority refuse to play in our hosting even though we may out number you 1 - 5 (EG: Magoo: "Bring your clan to useast and play in our host drew and i show teach them stuff" Me: "Umm... no, how about you come to uswest and play in our hosting and show them stuff" | Five minutes later, drew comes to help train the aussies magoo stays behind because he refuses to play in delay.) I'm not just having a go at magoo it's the majority of people, of course if there are 6 aussies 6 americans then the hosting time should be split... etc... The Aussie St community is going down due to my inactivity and loss of love for the game of Sheep Tag. Currently there are only 12 dedicated Aussie players. Ko[al]a, Dustless-, ArkSheep, i8UrMotherOut, Kiff1231, Toder, Supa-poke, fluffy., juiceboxz (ROC player), lich_sheep, chayse_ and smoky. On another note:I've been playing a more accepted game in Australia, D.O.T.A. Trying to get my team up to standard and increase my skills with some chars... I still need to practice about 15 of the heroes and get their builds down so I can use them in wars..... I also need to get my team organised, I'm not a very great leader at the moment due to my inability of being able to give the right characters to the right people..... My draft picks are awesome though.... |
